About LaFortune, Oldach & Glenny, P.C.

In 1964, Attorney Robert R. LaFortune began practicing law in Gardner, Massachusetts. In 1965, he partnered with Attorney Lazarus A. Aaranson in Winchendon, forming Aaronson & LaFortune.


When Attorney Aaronson passed away suddenly and unexpectedly a month later, Attorney LaFortune continued to practice as a sole practitioner specializing in Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate.

In 2005, after having worked for a firm in Worcester Massachusetts since 1994, Attorney Keith P. Glenny began working with Attorney LaFortune in Winchendon, Massachusetts. In 2007, the firm of LaFortune & Glenny, P.C. was formed.

July of 2014, saw the creation of LaFortune, Oldach & Glenny, P.C., when Attorney Oldach merged his practice with LaFortune & Glenny, P.C. This merger allowed for two office locations, in Athol and Winchendon.

Today the law office focuses on Real Estate Law and Conveyancing, Family Law, Estates and Probate, Civil Litigation, and Landlord -Tenant issues.

Robert R. LaFortune

Attorney LaFortune graduated from Washington & Lee University School  of Law in 1964 and began practicing in Gardner, then Winchendon in 1965. Attorney LaFortune focused his practice on Real Property Law and Estate Planning and Settlement. He has served on the Winchendon School Board of Trustees, Winchendon Hospital Board of  Trustees, and the Winchendon Historical Society. He is "Of Counsel" to LaFortune, Oldach & Glenny, P.C.
